On [2022-09-15], TE Connectivity Corporation (“TE”) and Shanghai CI Electric Appliances Co., Ltd. (“CI”) entered into an Equity Transfer Agreement, pursuant to which TE agreed to sell, and CI agreed to purchase, all of the 50% equity interests in the registered capital of the Company owned by TE.

TE Connectivity Corporation(“TE”)与上海西埃电器有限公司(“西埃电器”)于[2022-09-15]订立股权转让协议，依据该协议，TE同意出售，且西埃电器同意购买，TE持有的本公司注册资本中50%的股本权益。

The aforesaid transaction has been successfully closed on [2022-12-29]. Starting from the aforesaid closing date, the Company is 100% wholly owned by CI. It is no longer an entity within or affiliated with the TE Group.

上述交易已于[2022-12-29]成功交割。自前述交割日期起，本公司由西埃电器100%全资所有。本公司不再属于TE集团或与TE集团存在任何关联关系。
